Pet Policy

We know pets are an important part of life for many people. We believe that pets are a part of the family and should be treated as such. Our policy is to allow pets in units we have adapted for pet use. These units typically have hard-surface floors for easy cleanup and a more sanitary environment. We limit dogs to first-floor units, but we have several second and third-floor units that are cat-approved. Individual apartments will have their pet eligibility listed on their specific pages. All furry friends are welcome with a $300 non-refundable deposit. After the deposit, there is no monthly pet rent. 

All pets require a completed Pet Agreement and prior approval from Management before moving in. There are restrictions on the number of people and pets that can occupy a space, but we allow all breeds and sizes of dogs so long as they are 100% domesticated dog. Any dog brought onto the property by a tenant or tenant's guest must be covered by the tenant's renters insurance.
